The 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Peach City Community Radio Society will be held
on Tuesday November 15, 2022.
Information and documents for the 2022 AGM will be posted here - please
review and print a copy for yourself if desired.
No RSVP is required, and all are welcome to the meeting. Note that only members in good
standing are eligible for voting at the meeting. Please refer to our Membership Policy
below for information on our membership structure and voting at AGM.
If you need to renew your membership prior to the meeting, you can:
renew and pay online
via PayPal, prior to 5:30pm on November 11, 2022, or
renew and pay in person by placing an envelope containing a cheque and your information, into the CFUZ
mailbox by Saturday November 12 - (our mailbox is the RED mailbox in the Cannery Trade Centre hallway
next to the fabric shop - 1475 Fairview Rd.)
The Peach City Community Radio Society continues to grow, evolve and excel. This year
we celebrated our most successful OnAirVersary funding drive to date, saw the return
of Okanagan Vinyl Fest, and several amazing opportunities as we continue to
emerge from 2 years of pandemic living.
The AGM will briefly recap the year and review the society financials and budget.
The Board will also present some new and exciting information about our station
expansion and other way cool initiatives.
Elections will be held for the 2022-2023 year.

At the 2022 AGM, 3 of 7 directorships will expire, they include:
President (Jackie Del Rizzo)
Vice President (Claire Thompson)
Director (Craig Henderson)

We encourage anyone interested in a Board position to review
our Society documents pertaining to Board positions, as well as our Constitution and
Bylaws document, which can be found in the table below.
Nominations for Board positions should
be forwarded via email to
nominations@cfuz.ca prior to the AGM (deadline for receipt is
midnight November 4, 2022. All Board nominees must have been members in good standing
within the Society for the six months prior to the AGM. Nominees for President
(when applicable) must have
been members in good standing wihtin the Society for the year prior to the AGM.
Note that nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
