The local craft beer industry has stepped up to support the establishment of a community radio studio in Penticton.
Peach City Radio is pleased to bring you Microbrews for Microphones!
Peach City Radio - CFUZ is pleased to announce that the local craft beer industry is banding together once again to
support community radio in Penticton. For the third year in a row, Microbrews for Microphones will take place
throughout the month of March. Craft beer lovers who fill up their growlers at
Bad Tattoo Brewing Company,
Barley Mill Brew Pub and Bistro,
Detonate Brewing (Summerland) and
Firehall Brewery (Oliver)
will be helping to raise funds for Peach City Radio.
How Does it Work?
Between March 1st and 31st, those who fill their growlers (or their smaller counterparts called grunts)
will be helping the station in a big way. Partial proceeds from each growler fill at the participating
locations will be donated to Peach City Radio to assist the volunteer run station in its mission to provide
quality local programming. Microbrews for Microphones helps to purchase needed equipment that provides
opportunities for community members to get involved.
Visit our partners often during the month of March to participate,
and enjoy their amazing local products responsibly while supporting Peach City Radio at the
same time. Full details can be found at each participating location.
