Annual General Meeting 2017

The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Peach City Community Radio Society will be held
on Thursday November 9, 2017.

this page. Information and documents for the 2016 AGM will be posted below in the 2 week
period prior to the meeting date.
Another amazing year has come and gone for Peach City Radio, and we are once again preparing
to gather the membership together for our Annual General Meeting.
This year, we have much to celebrate! Our broadcast studio is has taken shape, and is almost
ready for operation, and
our Board of Directors is eager to share information about our progress over the past 12 months
in working to bring CFUZ and community radio closer to reality for Penticton.
During the AGM, your Directors will present information about our work
this past year, along with providing some insight into upcoming projects and initiatives in place
for the next few months.

We encourage anyone interested in a Board position to review
our Society documents pertaining to Board positions, as well as our Constitution and
Bylaws document, which can be found in the table below. We will also accept nominations
ahead of time for the various board positions, please contact
info @ peachcityradio.org with your nomination.
Immediately following the meeting, Peach City Radio invites the public to mingle and meet
current volunteers and committee members of our Society. If you are interested in becoming
a part of Peach City Radio, and particularly in volunteering on a committee, members will be
on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding what committees do, and how they
AGM 2017 Proposed Constitution & Bylaws Author: J Del Rizzo Description: The proposed revisions of the Peach City Community Radio Society Constitution & Bylaws as required by the BC Societies Act. For approval by the membership at the 2017 AGM.
AGM 2017 Financial Statement & Budget Author: A Dimma Description: Financial Statement of the Peach City Community Radio Society for FYE 31 August 2017, as well as the proposed budget for the Society for FYE 31 August 2018. This document will be presented to the membership for approval at the AGM.
Board Member Participation Agreement Author: D Del Rizzo Description: The agreement in principle that all Board members sign upon their election to the Board of Directors of the Peach City Community Radio Society.
