Another amazing year has come and gone for Peach City Radio, and we are once again preparing
to gather the membership together for our Annual General Meeting.
This year, we have much to celebrate! We are routinely broadcasting live to our internet
stream, and we are mere weeks away from turning on our FM transmitter for the first time!
Our Board of Directors is eager to share information about our progress over the past 12 months
in working to bring CFUZ and community radio closer to reality for Penticton.
During the AGM, your Directors will present information about our work
this past year, along with providing some insight into upcoming projects and initiatives in place
for the next few months.
New for this year, the Board of Directors has updated the Board Election Policy, and have reduced
the size of the Board to 7 members from 9, and have eliminated the Past President role from
the voting members of the Board. If there is a Past President, they are invited to participate
in the Board of Directors for 1 year as a non-voting ex-officio member.
